The RIBA Design Leadership Summit in October concluded the Future Leaders seminar programme developed to ensure architects of the future have leadership skills to succeed in an increasingly complex construction industry.
Holly took the lead an address at St. Katherine’s college in Oxford discussing the briefing innovation for end-user outcomes; demonstrating the importance of combining vision and the building process. Holly discussed surface to Air’s work at both ends of the spectrum; including investment in apps to combine client’s ideas and inspirations in order to engage with the design process.
Other industry leaders from a range of fields challenged the Architectural profession to take the lead when considering design, collaboration and innovation with challenging, inspiring discussion programme.
